1) Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed with Pleasant Valley Meats WB (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) for grass-fed beef products (the “Products”).

By placing an order, you (the “customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect for new orders and, where applicable, for existing orders not yet fulfilled.


2) About Pleasant Valley Meats WB

We are a farm-based producer and seller of grass-fed beef, operating in compliance with Wisconsin laws and applicable federal regulations governing meat safety and labeling.

Compliance: We adhere to all applicable Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) requirements, as well as relevant federal rules (U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service/USDA where applicable to your operations). Product labeling reflects required information (e.g., cut, weight, price, sell-by date, and other statutory labeling requirements).


3) Definitions

“Products” means all beef cuts and related meat products sold by us.

“Order” means a customer’s request to purchase Products via our website or other ordering methods.

“Delivery” means transfer of possession of the Products to you, or to your designated recipient, as applicable.

“Perishable Goods” means meat products that require refrigeration and have limited shelf life.


4) Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, weights, and pricing. Weight can vary by +/- 5% depending on cut and packing.

Grass-fed and humanely raised claims reflect our farming practices. Any stated certifications or claims (e.g., free-range, antibiotic-free) are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change if required by law or if farming practices change.

Wisconsin labeling and advertising requirements apply to our Products, including any mandatory disclosures.


5) Ordering and Acceptance

To place an order, you must provide accurate contact and delivery information and select an acceptable payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: unavailability of products, mispriced items, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will confirm acceptance by sending a separate confirmation email or message. A binding contract is formed when you receive this confirmation.


6) Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on our website or quoted in writing and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

Wisconsin sales tax, shipping, and handling charges (if any) will be shown at checkout, where applicable.

Payment methods: we may accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our site. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of the order.

Late payments: If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or suspend future orders.


7) Delivery and Fulfillment

Delivery locations: We deliver to the locations indicated at checkout or as agreed in writing within Wisconsin, or as otherwise arranged with us.

Delivery times: We will provide an estimated delivery window. Perishable goods require timely delivery and appropriate refrigeration upon receipt.

Responsibility: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon receipt by you if delivering directly. It is your responsibility to store the products properly once delivered.

Perishable Goods must be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon receipt as per provided instructions.

Follow all provided safety guidelines for handling raw meat to minimize risk of foodborne illness.

We are not responsible for spoilage or quality degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.


9) Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been prepared for shipping or delivery. Cancellations after preparation may incur fees.

Returns: Perishable Goods are not returnable unless there is a quality or safety issue as determined by us. If you receive damaged or spoiled products, contact us within a specified timeframe with evidence (photos, order number) so we can assess and arrange replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds: Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


10) Quality and Food Safety

We comply with applicable Wisconsin and federal food safety regulations and industry best practices. If you believe a product does not meet quality expectations, notify us promptly with details.

We may request photos, batch numbers, or other information to assess quality concerns.

If a product is found unsafe, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

All trademarks, branding, logos, product images, and content on our site are the property of Pleasant Valley Meats WB or its licensors. Do not use our intellectual property without written permission.
